What We're Working On

A trend we are happy to see develop is the adoption of home gyms and personal studios. We have had more requests recently for these renovations than anticipated and look forward to working on them more over the next year. Along the same lines, clients are looking for home office and basement renovations incorporating a study area for their kids - a positive use of space.

A final area of focus for us is aging-in-place. From barrier-free access throughout the home, to the addition of grab-bars, railings and safe access, these renovations can make a difference and provide an alternative to long-term care for those with limited options. We are often converting in-law suites to care-giver spaces used by those looking after our loved ones either throughout the day or overnight.
